su:m37’s Water-full Timeless Water Gel Eye Lifting Essence is a gel-type eye moisturizer designed to hydrate, improve elasticity and smooth fine lines. su:m37 is a luxury Korean skincare brand and a pioneer in naturally fermented cosmetics in Korea. The brand’s Water-full line include mid-range priced products that focus on hydration.
This product was purchased at a duty free shop as part of a su:m37 gift set. My review was written after having finished the entire product.
My Overall Experience
7.5/10. This is a solid eye moisturizer that is hydrating and refreshing. I was impressed that it delivered on hydration despite its lightweight format. However, I can’t attest to whether it smoothed my fine lines or improved the elasticity of my eye area. That said, hydrated skin is always the first step in reducing the appearance of fine lines and keeping the skin plump!
Despite my pleasant experience, I personally don’t find too many eye moisturizers that special. As a result, I held back from giving it a higher rating.

- Fermented Bamboo Extract – helps to improve hydration.
- Saussurea Involucrata Extract – a plant extract that also helps to improve hydration.
- Adensonine – a yeast-derived ingredient naturally present in our bodies that helps to soothe and restore skin.
- Hyaluronic Acid – common humectant which helps to hold in hydration.
Texture and Scent
The su:m 37 Water-full Timeless Water Gel Eye Lifting Essence has a clear gel-type consistency. It absorbs quickly with no tackiness.
The product does not have any discernible scent. The brand notes that it does not contain any synthetic fragrances.
How I Use It
I apply this product around my eye area in the AM and the PM. I use it as one of the last steps to my skincare routine after any toners, essences, and serums.
Packaging
The 20ml version of the su:m37 Water-full Timeless Water Gel Eye Lifting Essence came in a pump bottle. I liked the hygienic and simple packaging. I cannot comment on the packaging of the full size version of this product.
