The PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream is a moisturizer designed to help soothe irritated skin and strengthen the skin barrier. If you haven’t heard of PURITO already, they are an affordable Korean skincare brand with a focus on simplicity and quality.
The Centella Green Level Recovery Cream caught my attention because it has one of the highest percentages of Centella Asiatiaca Extract (50%) that I have seen in a product!
My Overall Experience
10/10. Those with acne-prone, inflamed or irritated skin will particularly enjoy this moisturizer! It is extremely effective at reducing redness and healing irritated skin. After using this cream, I found any inflamed acne to heal faster and any redness to be significantly reduced the next day.
It also perfectly hydrates and strengthens the skin without feeling heavy. It has a perfect blend of water and oils that absorb beautifully into the skin.
This is the second tube of the PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream that I have finished. Its affordable price point is also a huge plus!

Key Ingredients
The PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream is formulated with many skin-soothing ingredients:
- 50% Centella Asiatica Extract – anti-inflammatory, soothing and healing properties. Also commonly known as “cica” or “tiger grass”. One of my favorite skincare ingredients!
- 2% Niacinamide – an all-around star ingredient. It has anti-inflammatory properties, helps to fade hyperpigmentation, strengthen the skin barrier, regulate skin cell turnover and oil production, and even the skin tone.
Note: the version pictured in this post is the “original” version, which also includes ingredients such as witch hazel and other essential oils. For those sensitive to these ingredients, PURITO also has an “unscented” version that is free of essential oils.
Texture and Scent
The PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream has a mid-weight gel cream texture. It does not feel heavy on the skin, spreads and absorbs easily.
The product has a light herbal scent to it. I have not personally tried the unscented version of this cream; however, that option is also available.
How I Use It
I use the PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream in the AM and the PM as the last step to my skincare routine. Occasionally, I also apply a thicker dab of the cream on inflamed acne or any irritated patches to help speed up healing when necessary.
